Branch Setup & Management

The Branch Management module lets you create, monitor, and manage the different physical locations of your business. A well-managed branch structure ensures that employees, inventory, and services are correctly allocated.


Key Capabilities

  • Centralized Dashboard — View all branches, their status, and key metrics
  • Quick Search & Filter — Find branches by name, address, or phone number
  • Branch Statistics — Monitor employees, products, services, packages, and inventory per branch
  • Employee Allocation — Assign or remove staff from branches
  • Lifecycle Management — Add, clone, edit, or deactivate branches
Who Can Access?

Only users with appropriate permissions (typically Owners and upper management) can create, edit, or manage branches.


Creating a New Branch

  1. From the Branches list, tap "+ Add Branch"
  2. Fill in: Branch Name, Address, Phone Number
  3. Assign a Branch Manager (required)
  4. Tap "Save"

The branch is immediately created and marked as Active.


Branch Details

Tapping on any branch card opens the details screen showing:

  • Information: Name, Address, Phone, Date Created
  • Statistics: Employees, Products, Services, Packages, Inventory Items
  • Employees: List of assigned staff with options to add or remove

Managing Employees

  • Add: Tap the "Add" button → Select from available employees
  • Remove: Swipe left on an employee name → Confirm removal

Editing & Managing Branches

From the Branch Details screen, tap the three-dot menu (⋮):

Branches cannot be permanently deleted if they have associated historical data (bills, inventory). Deactivate instead to hide from daily operations while preserving records.

Troubleshooting

ScenarioSolution
Can't find a branchCheck if filter is set to "Active" but the branch was deactivated. Switch to "All" or "Inactive".
Need to change the branch managerAdd the new manager via the "Employees" section, then ensure they have the "Manager" role.
Employee missing from "Add Employee" listOnly fully onboarded employees not already assigned to the branch will appear.
