Revenue Analysis
The Revenue Analysis module shows your business performance — which services and products generate the most sales, and how your revenue trends over time.
Accessing Revenue Analysis
- From the main menu, tap "Analysis"
- Tap the "Revenue" tab
Key Metrics
At the top of the screen, four metric cards give you a quick snapshot:

|---|---|
| Total Revenue | Total money earned in the selected period |
| Average Transaction | Average bill amount |
| Number of Transactions | How many sales completed |
| Total Items Sold | Sum of all items/services sold |
Revenue Breakdown
A visual chart shows revenue split by Services vs. Products, helping you see which category drives more money.
Top Generators
A ranked table of the top 10 items by revenue, showing:
- Item name and category (service/product)
- Total revenue from that item
- Percentage of total revenue
- Number of units sold
Date Range Filters
Use quick filters to change the time period:

Charts and metrics update automatically when you switch filters.
Example: Using Revenue Analysis
Manager Rajesh wants to know if haircuts or hair products generate more revenue.
- Taps "Analysis" → "Revenue"
- Sees breakdown: Services 70%, Products 30%
- Scrolls to "Top Generators":
- #1 "Premium Haircut" — ₹35,000 (25%)
- #2 "Hair Spa" — ₹28,000 (20%)
- #3 "Shampoo Bottle" — ₹12,000 (8.5%)
- Insight: Services are the main revenue driver
- Decision: Focus on upselling hair spa with haircuts
