Branch Listings & Pricing
Branch Listings control what items are available at YOUR specific branch with branch-specific pricing. Unlike the Global Catalog (company-wide), Branch Listings are per-location.

Adding an Item to Your Branch
- Go to Manage → Branch Listings
- Tap "+" to add an item
- Select from Global Catalog
- Set branch price — Can differ from the base price (e.g., Downtown charges ₹550 for a ₹500 haircut)
- Set discount (optional) — Quick discounted price
- Set availability — AVAILABLE (appears in checkout) or UNAVAILABLE (hidden)
- Set validity dates (optional) — For seasonal items
- Save
Status Management
| Status | Behavior |
|---|---|
| AVAILABLE | Item shows in checkout, customers can buy, stock tracking active |
| UNAVAILABLE | Item hidden from checkout. Useful for: temporary out-of-stock, seasonal items, service not offered today |
Example: Branch-Specific Pricing
Global Catalog Item: "Premium Facial" — base ₹2,000

Both branches link to the same catalog item, but different prices.
